The Creative Process
Listening to You
Understanding your business and your needs is crucial to the process of creating your Web site. At our initial meeting we will analyze your requirements and work with you to sketch out the kind of site that will best serve you and your clients.
Project Plan
After our initial meeting, a site plan will be delivered to you outlining the content of the site, its functional, technical and creative requirements. The proposed structure or hierarchy of the site is included in the Project Plan. It will also contain a schedule and will layout the resources that will be needed i.e. photography, movie clips, illustration etc. Finally, the Project Plan has pricing information based on the size and scope of the project we anticipate.
Implementation and Testing
Once we have your go-ahead based on the design prototypes, we do the coding for the site. We upload the files to a private area on the Web and perform tests for usability, cross-platform issues, and functionality. Any problems or issues are identified and solved.
Launch and Follow-up
The launch date is eagerly anticipated by all and may even call for champagne but we don't consider our work to be done after the celebration is over. We remain a loyal business partner to our clients, providing them with ongoing support. We will help you procure and analyze your Web site's usage statistics. We will continue to optimize your site for best search engine visibility and be there for you ready when you need to add a few pages or whole new function to your site.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Promotion
We will work closely with you to ensure that your site is properly constructed to maximize its visibility to potential visitors. We will register your Web site with the top search engines and monitor your site's results. We can also help you with offline promotion.
Web Site Maintenance
We can offer ongoing Web services, including content management, updates, upgrades and advice.
